Enter through the imposing Ngo Mon Gate and discover the historic courtyards, palaces, temples, and remains of the Forbidden Purple City, once reserved exclusively for the emperor and royal family.
Walk through this remarkable complex while learning about the lives of the Nguyen emperors, royal traditions, and the fascinating history of Viet Nam’s last imperial dynasty. Discover important structures including Thai Hoa Palace, The Mieu Temple, and Hien Lam Pavilion, as well as areas that have been carefully restored following decades of war and historical change.
Continue along the Perfume River to Thien Mu Pagoda, one of Hue’s most iconic spiritual landmarks. Admire the seven-story Phuoc Duyen Tower, explore the peaceful temple grounds, and learn about the pagoda’s important place in the religious and cultural history of Hue.

For private tours, we offer complimentary hotel pick-up and drop-off within central Hue. For locations outside the central area or in surrounding areas, a small surcharge may apply depending on the distance. Please contact us in advance for further details.

● Food Special Request: For day tours that include lunch, a Vietnamese set menu will be prepared for all guests. Please inform us in advance if you have any food allergies, are vegetarian, observe Halal, or require a diet menu. Some special requests may incur an additional charge.
