Important Notes:
Pickup time: Normally we pick you up 30 minutes in advance from your hotel in District 1 & 3. If your hotel is located further away, we may pick you up earlier, and will confirm this with you in advance.
Extra pays: If your hotel is not in the center of District 1 or 3, we will charge extra, from 50,000VND – 150,000VND(~7$)/group.
Bus to Cần Thơ: We have 2 transfers before you get in your bus to Cần Thơ, so we will pick you up at least 90 minutes in advance from your hotel if it is in the center.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Prices: Understanding the difficulties when tourists book tickets and then need to find a way to get to bus/train/boat stations… Asiana Link Travel offers this “ticket service”, which will assist you to reserve tickets and escort you to the right place. We do not operate those services ourselves; instead, we recommend for you the best and most experienced suppliers we know. Costs will be included our service charge, for English speaking staff who escort you to the station and transfer by taxi, so the price will be more expensive than a single ticket. Please consider this before making your reservation. We are not responsible for any problem after we have booked the services for you.
These prices are not applicable during the holiday season, and every booking will be confirmed with the exact price when we receive the booking. Sometimes, it can be higher but all will be confirmed in advance.
Timing: Departure times are recommended at the time we issue the flyer. It may change when you book the tickets, and we will confirm for you the exact time in advance.
Transfer: We will mostly use taxis, and the fee is included in the price.
Check availability: Please check availability before making your reservation.
Children policy: Child under 3 will be free of charge if he/she sits with a parent. Otherwise, if you want to book a private seat for your child please pay as an adult.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bus ticket: Up to 12 hours before departure time will be free for normal days. On holidays, tickets are non-refundable.
Train: Up to 36 hours before departure time will be charged 20%. Otherwise, costs will not be refunded.
Flight: This depends on the airline’s policy, which we can confirm when we issue your ticket.
