Begin at Pho Ga Nguyet, a long-established local favorite known for its Pho Ga Tron – dry chicken pho tossed with tender chicken, fresh herbs, and a flavorful house sauce.
Continue to Mien Luon Dong Thinh to taste glass noodles with crispy fried eel, followed by Bun Cha Dac Kim, where smoky charcoal-grilled pork is served with vermicelli noodles, fresh herbs, and traditional dipping sauce.
