BGN02: BAGAN CITY TOUR(Half Day)

Overview

Bagan Half Day City Tour give visitors a chance to explore Bagan in a local way. Our guide will introduce you the golden sputa of Shwezigon Pagoda and explain about Burmese Buddhism. During 04 hours, you will visit 2 interesting workshops where the local artisans show you all the steps to make their traditional products and answer your questions for the traditional works of Burma.

The journey begins with a visit to the golden stupa of Shwezigon Pagoda.

Then, visit the nearby Gubyaukgyi temple, a cave temple with exquisite jataka mural paintings.

Then get to learn more about the local culture with a visit to two workshops producing Bagan’s most famous products: Bagan lacquer ware and wood crafts in the Myinkabar Village.

Afterwards, transfer back to your hotel.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

● Within 24 hours before departure: Guests pay 100%
●   From 24 – 48 hours before departure: Guests pay 50%
●   Prior to 48 hours before departure: Guests pay 20%

● Price is subject to change on Water Festival (around 10 – 20 Apr)

● Climbing on temples and pagodas is no longer permitted

● Please request in advance if you have a food allergy, you are a vegetarian, you observe Halal or diet menu. Some special requests might be applied with an extra charge.

● Children Policy

• From 12 years old up: pay as an adult.
• From 5 – 11 years old: Pay 75%
• Under 5 years old: Free of charge. However, only one under-five free admission per booking. If you have more than two under-five, from the second kid pays 50% each.
