Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel for a 2.5-hour drive through the countryside to Tay Ninh, with a refreshment stop along the way. Ride the cable car up Ba Den Mountain, the highest peak in southern Viet Nam, where you’ll admire the giant bronze Buddha and stunning views of rice fields and villages stretching toward Cambodia.
After a local lunch, visit the colorful Cao Dai Temple, a unique blend of Eastern and Western religions, with its dragon-covered façade and vibrant interior.
Continue to the Cu Chi Tunnels, where you’ll watch a short film, see jungle traps, and even crawl through part of the tunnels for a real-life experience of wartime survival. Optional shooting range available (extra fee). End the visit with a taste of boiled tapioca before returning to Ho Chi Minh City. End of services.
